What if my certificate is expired?
If the expiration date on your certificate has passed, please call your PKD Walk Manager to discuss options.
Where do I receive my certificate?
Certificates will be given out by your PKD Walk Manager based on your Individual fundraising dollars. It is up to the staff person to determine when and where the certificates will be passed out. In most cases, they will be disbursed at the Walk Event.
I received an error message stating my certificate has already been used, what do I do?
Please call a Relay Gear representative. They will be able to research the history of that redemption code.
Can I have my prize shipped to another state?
Absolutely! You decide what prize you want and where you would like it shipped. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all products to deliver.
Can I order more than one gift with my certificate?
At this time, ordering more than one prize per certificate is not an option.
If I have more than one certificate can I combine them?
We are unble to combine certificates. You may contact your staff person at the PKD Foundation for them to issuse you one certificate.
Can I order an item from the catalog with my certificate?
No. This merchandise has been selected by the PKD Staff to reward and thank you for all of your fundraising efforts.
How do I return my item if it is broken?
A Return and Exchange form is included in your shipment. Please fill out the appropriate information and return it to the address provided. If you are missing that form, a link can be found on this page to a printable version.
What if I receive an item other than what I ordered?

Relay Gear does accept return and exchanges within 30 days of ship date. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a RETURN form. Please see below.
